Kehoe’s Kitchen Vegan Cream Cheese Dip

Kehoe’s delicious fermented Probiotic Paleo/Vegan dips are a great way to get probiotic foods into kids.  Before fermenting, cashew nuts are first soaked in reverse osmosis remineralised filtered water to break down the enzyme inhibitors.  They are then blended with various fresh organic produce and spices and fermented to create the delicious cheesy dips Kehoes are now famous for.

Tasty Cream Cheese Ingredients: Organic raw activated raw cashews, remineralised reverse osmosis filtered water, organic onion, natural sea salt, organic garlic, organic turmeric, culture (non-dairy)

Pesto Cream Cheese Ingredients: Organic raw activated raw cashews, remineralised reverse osmosis filtered water, organic basil, organic onion, natural sea salt, organic garlic, organic turmeric, culture (non-dairy)

Use: Keep refrigerated and serve cool as a condiment with meals.  If you’re having a hot meal or soup, serve it on top of your meal once it’s stopped steaming.  It’s great tossed through a salad as a creamy dressing, added to sushi rolls, sandwiches or wraps, spread on a pizza or just used as a dip.  It also pairs fabulously with our Kimchi on a corn chip.
