Then, they are steeped in a mixture of alcohol and water to extract the rich, complex flavour compounds. This process can take several months to complete, allowing the extract to develop a deep, nuanced flavour.

Pure vanilla extract is prized for its intense, natural flavour, which is characterised by notes of caramel, cream, and floral undertones. It is made from real vanilla beans, no additives, colorants, fake flavours and contains zero sugars.
